​ ​1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

  1. All purchases made at Friesian Company are final sale.

  2. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cash back under any circumstances.This policy is clearly disclosed in accordance with California Civil Code §1723 and applies to all in-store purchases.

​ ​2. Exchange Policy

  1. Friesian Company allows exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • Items must be in original condition with original tags attached

    • A valid receipt is required

    • Exchange requests must be made within [X] days of the purchase date

    2. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.

    3. Shoes & Apparel Standards

    For hygiene and quality control purposes:

    • Shoes must show no signs of wear, including creasing, scuff marks, dirt, or damage to soles

    • Apparel must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

    3. Friesian Company reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these standards.

    4. Sale & Clearance Items

    All sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

    5. Defective Merchandise

    If an item is found to be defective at the time of purchase, customers must notify Friesian Company within [30] days of purchase.

    Defective items may be exchanged for

    • The same item (if available), or

    • An item of equal value, at management’s discretion

    4. All defective items are subject to inspection before approval.

    6. Receipt Requirement

    A receipt is required for all exchanges.

    No receipt = no exchange.

    7. Special Orders / Online Sales (If Applicable)

    If applicable, all special orders or online purchases follow the same no-refund, exchange-only policy.

    Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges.

    8. Policy Changes

    Friesian Company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

    9. Acceptance of Terms

    By completing a purchase at Friesian Company, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
